    <p>VideoRip is an independent technology project. By using the website or the VideoRip Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.</p>
    <h2>What the service does</h2>
    <p>VideoRip accepts supported media URLs and attempts to retrieve media through its website or Telegram bot. Availability, supported platforms, processing time and download limits may change without notice. Downloads may be temporary and can be removed automatically.</p>
    <h2>Acceptable use</h2>
    <p>You must use VideoRip only where you have the legal right and permission to do so. You must not:</p>
    <ul>
        <li>download, copy, distribute or use material in breach of copyright, privacy or other rights;</li>
        <li>circumvent access controls, technical protection measures or platform restrictions;</li>
        <li>submit malware, unlawful content or personal data belonging to another person without permission;</li>
        <li>use automation, scraping or excessive requests that interfere with the service;</li>
        <li>attempt to bypass security controls, reCAPTCHA or download limits.</li>
    </ul>
    <h2>Third-party platforms</h2>
    <p>VideoRip is not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram or other platforms whose URLs may be submitted. Hosting and infrastructure are provided separately by Hetzner, and email delivery is provided by Resend; those providers have their own terms, privacy policies and applicable data-processing agreements, including the Hetzner DPA where applicable. You are responsible for complying with the platform terms, rules and applicable laws.</p>
    <h2>No warranty and limitation</h2>
    <p>The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that a download will succeed, be available, be error-free or remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoRip is not liable for loss caused by your use of downloaded material, service interruptions or third-party platform changes.</p>
    <p>You use VideoRip voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded material is lawful and complies with the rules of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram and any other relevant platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the project operators and developers are not responsible for indirect loss, loss of data, interruptions or actions of third-party services.</p>
    <p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.</p>
    <h2>Suspension</h2>
    <p>We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, respond to abuse, comply with law or discontinue a feature. We may remove submitted URLs or temporary files when necessary.</p>
